Sales Development Representative

Remote (preferably Europe time zone) · Full time

Who we are is building the best ML training data platform, helping organizations to speed up their machine learning development. Our platform provides ways to create, curate and iterate on training data, while integrating deeply with our customer's workflows.

We're still a small team, but we are growing fast. Our focus on best-in-class labeling and curation tools, support for advanced ML workflows, and deep integrations sets us apart from the competition. We often work closely with our customer's deep learning teams, and ship new features fast.

We're now looking to further expand our product and customer base. We currently serve many customers worldwide including Fortune 500 enterprises, supporting use cases such as autonomous driving, fruit harvesting, construction progress management and sports brand analysis.

Your Responsibilities

You work together with Otto (CEO) to identify and execute on both inbound and outbound strategies

You own prospecting, generation and qualification of leads and you create insights from analytics to upgrade our sales engine

You optionally own pieces of deal closing, customer onboarding, customer support and customer success

You will be talking with plenty of prospects, from the computer vision engineers to CxOs. Simultaneously, you'll investigate better solutions for them with our product & engineering team.

Applicant requirements

Sales background with 3+ years of experience in selling B2B or enterprise SaaS products

Experience with sales tools including CRM software, sales automation techniques and/or SEO

Exceptional communication skills in English - both oral and written

Focus on goals with an ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment

Continuous drive to learn, from technical matters to customer interview techniques

Entrepreneurial attitude and eagerness to take initiative

STEM background, previous startup experience and working within EU time zones is a definite plus

There is a ton to "figure out" and we're looking for someone who is creative and identifies opportunities independently. We're not afraid to experiment with new things and you will have sufficient freedom to choose which tools you use and how you achieve your objectives. As we grow, we expect you to grow with us: a successful candidate will eventually grow into a sales lead role.
