Otto Debals

CEO & Founder

Otto is a McKinsey & Company alumnus and holds a PhD in Signal Processing from KU Leuven. He holds CFA level 1 and is starting to become a coffee aficionado.

Bert De Brabandere

CTO & Founder

Bert obtained a PhD in Computer Vision at KU Leuven. He interned at Google DeepMind and won the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship. Bert is passionate about creating excellent products.

Tobias Cornille

Full-Stack Engineer

Tobias is a creative computer scientist and joined Segments.ai as the first engineer. He's passionate about machine learning, photography, and video editing.

Arnaud Hillen

Full-Stack Engineer

Arnaud graduated Summa Cum Laude from KU Leuven as Masters in Engineering and joined Segments.ai as second engineer. Interested in web3? Talk to him!

Anna Thomlinson

Head of Operations

Anna was the Managing Director of Belgium's largest startup accelerator start it @KBC before joining Segments.ai. She's also the co-founder of Open Hydro and is prepping for her fifth marathon.

Đorđe Šumenković

Customer Support

Đorđe worked at GitLab before joining the team at Segments.ai. Outside of work you can find him in the box ring.

Tom Staelens

Growth Marketeer

Tom is joining the team in November. He's a marketeer, copyhacker, serial entrepreneur, and always data driven; unless he's standing on a scale.

Luc Van Gool

Advisor

Luc Van Gool is full professor, head of the computer vision labs at ETH Zurich and KU Leuven. He authored over 500 papers and co-founded several spinoffs and startups.
